About the Journal

DIDAKTIS: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (e-ISSN 2986-5956) is published by Fakultas Sastra, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. It is published twice a year, namely in March and September.

The journal publishes research-based articles in the following areas: (1) Language and Literature Learning, including curriculum development, teaching and learning methods, learning materials, instructional media, learning assessment, information and communication technology (ICT) in Indonesian language learning, language skills, and Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA); (2) Linguistics, including phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics, and critical discourse analysis; and (3) Literature, including local literature, Indonesian literature, foreign literature, children’s literature, literature for character education, and related literary studies. Articles may be written in English or Indonesian.

The editorial board welcomes manuscripts submitted through the online submission system. Please ensure that your manuscript fits the journal’s scope and complies with the submission guidelines. For further information, please refer to the journal’s policies and guidelines.

The editorial team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

Prospective authors should submit the manuscript only by submission system at: https://jurnal.fs.umi.ac.id/index.php/didaktis. We do not accept any submissions via email at all.
