Digital Archiving and Deposit Policy

We ensure the journal including all the documents are in save, so it electronically archived through the system in Indonesia Ones Search (IOS, Lockss, and PKP PN provided by PKP to create persistent archives of the journal for protection and recovery.

 

Deposit Policy

Authors are permitted to archive and share the pre-print, accepted manuscript (post-print), and the final published version/PDF of their articles, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Once an article has been published in Tamaddun, authors may use the submitted version, the accepted version, and the published version for a wide range of academic and scholarly purposes under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Authors are allowed to deposit and distribute their work through the following channels:

  • Personal websites or personal academic pages;

  • Institutional or organizational repositories;

  • Subject-specific repositories;

  • Direct sharing with individuals for personal educational, teaching, or training purposes within the author’s institution;

  • Inclusion in grant applications, theses, dissertations, or other academic submissions prepared by the author.

The pre-print version of the manuscript (the version originally submitted to the journal) may be uploaded to any of the platforms listed above at any time. Authors are encouraged to review the journal’s archiving and repository policies available on the official website to ensure compliance and avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes.
